On February 24, 2010, EPF is organizing a roundtable devoted to the Georgian public’s attitudes towards the Georgian media. The roundtable is being conducted as part of the project Strengthening the Media’s Role as a Watchdog Institution in Georgia, which is funded by the European Union and implemented by Eurasia Partnership Foundation.

On January 27, 2010, the Civil Society Institute (CSI) opened the Citizens’ Service Center in the Batumi City Hall. The Center, which is based upon the one stop shop principle, is the result of cooperation between CSI and the Mayor’s Office of Batumi, and was made possible by the financial support of Eurasia Partnership Foundation.

Thanks to generous funding by the Canadian Embassy, the Akhaltsikhe Youth Bank is continuing to improve social conditions and motivate local youth to become involved in the development of their community.
