Eurasia Partnership Foundation (EPF) completed the review of applications submitted under the competition Professional Media Coverage of European Integration Related Issues, announced on 5 January 2011.
By the deadline of 7 February 2011 EPF received 8 applications. EPF was assisted by a panel of invited experts to review the applications. The expert panel concluded and EPF concurred that, unfortunately, none of the applications sufficiently complied with the contest conditions. Respectively, winners of this competition were not identified.
EPF will continue to support media coverage of European integration related issues and will consider announcement of the similar competition by the end of 2011.
Eurasia Partnership Foundation is announcing a competition for students on the use of the data from the recent survey by EPF’s Caucasus Research Resource Center – Knowledge and Attitudes toward the European Union in Georgia in their works. To provide guidance, a three-day training course is offered to the potential applicants free of charge on interpreting and presenting data of the quantitative social research.
