Eurasia Partnership Foundation (EPF) seeks an evaluation consultant(s) to conduct an evaluation of the European Union funded Strengthening the Media’s Role as a Watchdog Institution in Georgia project. The evaluation shall provide an independent assessment of the project’s implementation; the quality and impact of undertaken activities; and a comparative analysis of the stated overall objective of the project with the achieved results.
The evaluation is scheduled to be conducted in March-May 2011.
