Welcome to the websites of Eurasia Partnership Foundation (EPF), a recognized leader in the field of grants management and program administration in the South Caucasus. EPF is comprised of three locally registered offices in Armenia, Azerbaijan, and Georgia, each with nearly 13 years of experience in the field of grassroots civil society development.
EPF is linked into the expertise and resources of the broader EF Network – sharing programming, ideas, systems and lessons that enrich all activities in the South Caucasus.
EPF’s Mission Statement:
To empower people to effect change for social justice and economic prosperity through hands-on programs, helping them to improve their communities and their own lives.
To foster increased, better-informed citizen participation in political and economic decision making, the Eurasia Partnership Foundation in Georgia runs a program to promote and enhance the impact of participatory civic monitoring.
The on-going project has mobilized civil society organizations to comment on the design and implementation of the ENP AP in Georgia.
The Youth Bank program provides opportunities for young people ages 16-25 to manage a small grants program in their community. Youth Committees have been created in Marneuli, Batumi, etc, etc.
EFG operates a corporate social investment program, which promotes the private sector’s interest and involvement in addressing the country’s development needs while at the same time improving their long-term competitiveness.
The Foundation is one of the leading program implementers in cross border activities within the wider South Caucasus region.
The Foundation’s Open Door Grant Mechanism is a tool to support innovative pilot projects
The CRRC is a network of research, resource and training centers established in the capital cities of Armenia, Azerbaijan and Georgia
The main objective of the program is to promote an increased sense of national unity among the citizens of Georgia.
The program goal is to promote the development of social enterprises, businesses that operate primarily with social objectives as the 'bottom line'.
The program goal is to promote the responsible use of natural resources.
With funding from the European Union, EPF began the Strengthening the Media’s Role as a Watchdog Institution in Georgia
The Program offers an unprecedented opportunity for Georgian businesses to showcase their employee volunteering systems.
The project is designed to strengthen the institutional capacity of legal professional associations, legal rights NGOs, business and professional association. Under CIIJ, EPF aims to engage the local civil society in monitoring the relevant judicial practices and advocating for an independent judiciary.

The talk-show is produced with financial support of Eurasia Partnership Foundation and is broadcasted on 1st TV Channel of the Georgian Public Broadcaster.

On January 16, 2012, Eurasia Partnership Foundation (EPF) is holding a presentation of the survey report: Knowledge and Attitudes toward the European Union in Georgia. EPF’s Caucasus Research Resource Center (CRRC) carried out the baseline survey to study Georgia’s knowledge and attitudes toward the EU in 2009 and in 2011, conducted a follow-up assessment. Using the results from the 2009 and 2011 surveys, the EPF/CRRC will present an overview of public’s knowledge of and attitudes toward the European Union and provide information on if and how things have changed over the past two years. At the same time, the report will highlight Georgian public’s attitudes toward their own political system, charting changes in this area as well.
